This release introduces updated predefined reports and several small enhancements requested during the November 4, 2024 MissionInsite release early adopter period.
Updated Predefined Reports
We've given our predefined reports a makeover!
The QuickInsite, ExecutiveInsite, ComparativeInsite, MinistryInsite, ReligiousInsite, MinistryInsite Priorities, and ReligiousInsite Priorities reports now have larger text, more whitespace, improved readability, and bolder colors.
The reports are approximately the same number of pages and still feature the study area and table of contents.
Easy Access to Base Studies When Managing Users
For User Managers, you can select and assign studies to other users in Manage Users.
When assigning users rights to a study, your base study displays at the top of the Studies drop-down list, or after any studies the user already has access to. You can also search for studies to assign or scroll through all available studies.
Client ID displays in the Congregant Export
After plotting congregants, you can download an address list export. The export now includes the Client ID field.
Validated ZIP Codes
When you upload people, MissionInsite now validates ZIP Codes.
If a ZIP code is not five or nine digits, or an address is missing a ZIP Code, we'll let you know so you can correct it. You can fix address errors on the fly without having to edit the .xls file. Once corrected, you can download the corrected file for your records.

Saved Shapes Populate Quicker
We've improved the speed of the Shapes area. If you have saved shapes, they now populate quickly so you no longer have a delay in seeing your shapes.
Single Line Charts Display Values
To improve data clarity, single-line charts now display individual data points.
For example, the Insite 5: Household and Family Income Trends section of the ExecutiveInsite report has single-line charts for Average Household Income Trend and Per Capita Income Trend. These charts now display the income amounts for the years represented.
