PushPay is a digital giving solution. Go Method integrates with PushPay to process donations in Go Method.

  • You must be a Go Method admin to do this.
  • You must be a PushPay administrator to authorize Go Method.
Customers with a PushPay merchant account can authorize Go Method to synchronize donations and refunds.
  1. Click Admin > Settings..
  2. On the left menu, click Software Integration > Payment Merchants.
  3. In the list of payment merchants provided, find PushPay and click Connect PushPay.
    A new window displays.
  4. Enter your PushPay login credentials.
  5. In the authorization window, click Authorize. You will be directed to Go Method.
  6. From the drop-down menu, select the organization to associate with PushPay.
  7. Click Save.

After successful integration between Go Method and PushPay, PushPay Options displays when creating new trips or events.

Merchant ListingMerchant listing creates the pre-configured giving links to PushPay. Merchant listings selected during integration are visible. If you do not see a specific merchant listing, turn off integration and re-do it.
Donation FundingDonations made to participants and events are attributed to this fund
Participant FundingMoney paid by the actual participant will be attributed to this fund.

Using PushPay with Planning Center Online

After the the initial integration steps are complete, you must populate the donation fund value for each trip in Planning Center Online (PCO).

  • You must be a Go Method admin to do this.
  • You must have completed the setting up your ChMS.

For each event, you'll match donation funds that exist in PCO. Once complete, Go Method can automatically create or synchronize donations in PCO.

  1. Log in to Go Method.
    1. PushPay Customers: If PushPay is your payment merchant, do not select Planning Center Online. Instead, under Payment Merchant, select PushPayand then select a fund to associate from PushPay.
  2. Click Create a New Event.
  3. Select Donation: Allow for fundraising and donations, under Payment Options.
  4. Select a fund, under Planning Center Options.

    When searching for individuals to add to a trip, PCO will search it's database for the person based on first name and last name. If the individual exists there, the information is available for selection.

  5. Click Next.
Donations will now be attributed to these funds.
