Pay for Go Method Subscription

Enter or update your payment information so your subscription remains current. You may also view current charges or past invoices.

  • You must be a Go Method admin to do this.
You may update your account information, such as adding a new credit card, view billing history or examine current charges, which are based on the number of trips.
Note: To change your account owner, please open a support ticket and provide us with the new Information.
  1. Click Admin > Settings.
  2. From the menu on the left, click Billing.
  3. To update your payment information, click Add Payment Details, enter your new information and click Save. (1)
  4. To download past invoices, under Actions, click the download icon. (2)
  5. Save to your local computer drive.
New payment information is updated for the next billing cycle.

Manage Your Subscription

Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your account at any time by going to Admin > Settings > Billing and clicking Cancel. You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account.

All of your content will be maintained for at least 30 days beyond the termination date. We can export your data to a flat file (CSV) format for an additional fee. This option must be elected at the time of cancellation.

ACS Technologies Group, Inc. may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your account for any reason at any time and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for an reason at any time.
