Custom Fields

Generally, each organization wants to collect unique or specific data during the application process. Prior to setting up trip or event applications, add custom fields to capture such information. Examples might be t-shirt size, skills or special interests, or medical conditions.

Where are Custom Fields Seen? Custom fields are account-wide and appear on public pages for all events. But they can also be set to display privately to event administrators for referencing and reporting. They are available in the API.

Where are Custom Fields Used? Similar to event requirements and documents, custom fields can be used globally. You can set up custom fields to capture personalized answers during the application process in any of the following formats:

  • Short answers
  • Paragraph
  • Dates
  • Single- or multiple-choice format
