Add a Subevent

Adding sub-events is similar to adding events, but you can only add sub-events to existing events.

  1. On the Calendar tab, click Calendar.
  2. Select the event you want to add the sub-event to.
  3. In the Actions group, click Edit Event.
  4. In the Event Details window, click the Subevents tab.
  5. In the Actions group, click Add Subevent.
  6. Under Subevent Details, enter the Subevent Name, Start Time, End Time, and Subevent Description.
  7. Under Additional Information, enter the event's capacity and number of reserved openings, if necessary.
  8. In the Show group, click Periods.
  9. To add registration periods, click Add Period.
  10. Enter the Period Name, Start Date, End Date, and Total Period Cost for the registration period. If you selected Allow Payments, enter the Deposit Cost.
  11. In the Show group, click Questions, Supplies, or Forms to add them.
  12. Click Save & Close.
