Reusing Event Registration Forms

Reusing event registration forms is helpful if your church uses a generic permission slip or release form for multiple events.

You can search for, download, and rename forms.
  1. On the Calendar tab, click Calendar.
  2. Select the event you want to edit.
  3. In the Actions group, click Edit Event.
  4. In the Event Details window, click the Registration tab.
  5. In the Show group, click Forms, then click Add Form.
  6. In the Form Details window, click Browse.
  7. When the Select a Form window displays, select the form you want to add to the event.
  8. Click OK.
