Edit Resources

You can edit a resource to change the description, setup and teardown time, or other details.

For example, if you no longer use a resource but want to keep it in ACS Facility Scheduler, you can edit the resource to mark it as inactive. Inactive resources do not display when adding an event, but they display on the List of Resources report (an asterisk denotes that they are inactive).

You can see if a resource is inactive when booking it, and a message displays that the resource is inactive.

  1. On the Administration tab, click Resources.
  2. Select the resource you want to edit.
  3. In the Actions group, click Edit Resource.
  4. Edit the resource as applicable. To make it inactive, clear the Active check box.
  5. In the Actions group, click Save and Close.
